With over 1,500 guests, the brief was clear: deliver a unique, immersive experience aligned with the TP brand culture – and we did just that by bringing the world of Ancient Greece to life in a modern, creative, and high-end way.

A Venue Transformed

Our first step was finding the perfect location — and then transforming it completely. Anassa City Events was the ideal venue. Drawing inspiration from Ancient Greek architecture and aesthetics, we crafted an atmosphere that felt both timeless and celebratory. Every corner was designed to transport guests into another era, with a modern twist.

Smooth Entry with Smart Ticketing

To welcome a crowd of 1,500, efficiency was key. We implemented a barcode-based ticketing system to streamline check-in and ensure a seamless guest experience from the very first step.

Entering the World of Ancient Greece

From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by an artistic welcome experience — live statues, actors in full costume, and immersive performances that brought the concept to life. A thematic dress code encouraged everyone to embrace the spirit of the evening, blurring the lines between audience and spectacle.

The Stage Comes Alive

The night’s centerpiece was a powerful live performance by the George Zervos Trio featuring Eva Tsachra, bringing soul, energy, and timeless elegance to the stage. Their dynamic set bridged classic influences with a modern vibe, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Our dancers took over with stunning choreographies inspired by Ancient Greek drama — storytelling in motion that captured the emotion, power, and theatricality of the era.

As the night unfolded, a breathtaking fire show ignited the crowd and kept the atmosphere electric, blending performance art with mythological flair.

Our DJ, dressed as Panas, the mischievous satyr of ancient mythology, kept the energy sky-high with spot-on party selections that had the entire crowd dancing until the very end.

Every performance was curated to blend ancient inspiration with contemporary edge.

Details that Made a Difference

We paid special attention to every visual element — from floral design and decor props to lighting and textures. Everything was carefully selected to match the Ancient Greek theme, while still feeling fresh and stylish.

A custom-designed photo booth experience gave guests the opportunity to capture their night in true Greek god and goddess fashion. It wasn’t just a booth — it was a memory-making moment.
